We've crafted a fabulous Walking & Natural History itinerary focusing on the world heritage sites of Cusco and Machu Picchu. Our Adventure begins in Lima, includes a boat excursion to look for penguins, then rises to the Andes where we'll have unhurried days in Cusco and at the Machu Picchu citadel archeological site. There will be daily walks, with birdwatching, leading up to a culminiating hike to the top of Machu Picchu Mountain. Local guides will join us along the way as we learn about the natural and human history of Peru.
